Cheryl Cole spends 36k pounds on an exercise machine after seeing pictures of Danni Minogue
Cheryl Cole had recently admitted putting on a few pounds as she hates the ultra-skinny look. The aspiring pop star has been criticized for her dramatic weight loss before and has been branded a bad role model for young girls. So we were shocked and a little confused, to hear that Mrs. Cole had invested in a piece of exercise equipment costing a staggering 36,000 pounds.

The X Factor judge is believed to have bought the contraption after seeing pictures of lithe rival judge Dannii Minogue on a beach. The singer is said to have splashed out on what has been described as a portable wind tunnel after seeing pictures of Dannii, 37, looking trim during a break in her native Australia. There is known to be tension between the pair who has fallen out in the past over 25 year-old Cheryl’s closeness to boss Simon Cowell. A source told a Sunday newspaper: ‘Cheryl knows she’s not fat but she’s paranoid about sitting next to Dannii on TV. ‘She’s seen photos of Dannii looking very slender and it’s made her even more nervous. ‘She thinks this will give her the quick fix she needs before X Factor starts in August.’

This is how Mrs. Cole would look while exercising on the Hypoxi Trainer
The Hypoxi Trainer S120, understood to have been bought by Miss Cole from Harrods, is the latest weight-loss fad amongst fat-busting celebrities – including Robbie Williams. It is said to reduce inches and cellulite by creating a pressurized environment inside a chamber while you cycle away inside wearing an unflattering vacuum suit. A six week course of three sessions per week is all that is required to slim the lower body and reduce cellulite – equivalent to more than six months of strenuous gym workouts. The makers of the bike claim: ‘While you gently pedal, the vacuum sucks the blood flow into your lower regions, which concentrates the breakdown of fat in those areas.

Danni Minogue
Looking at the pictures, we don’t really think the ‘Girls Aloud’ star needs to lose any weight. I think the size zero trend is going a bit too far. Don’t you think gals?
