Its the 60th anniversary of the Queen being crowned and to celebrate their have been a host of different events. One of these is a bling lovers wet dream come to life. Precious objects that are otherwise hidden in the royal treasuries are being put on display. One such exhibition on Edinburgh called as the Treasures of the Queens Palaces promises to marvel us with its delights.

A delicately carved Scottish bird carved from agate with engraved gold legs and tiny diamonds for eyes.
Other then these, items from across nine different royal homes have been collected for the exhibition. Wonders include paintings by Rembrandt, Canaletto and Monet along with drawings created by Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael and Holbein.
