Dolce & Gabbana drop luxurious iPad Case
Its a bit too blingy for my tastes, but then I was never a fan of this fashion house. However for those of you who are, the iPad case from D&G fills in a gap that was much needed given that there is no dearth of luxurious iPads ( iPad Gold History Edition, Solid Gold iPad from Camael, 24 Karat Gold iPad from Gold & Co. , Crystalroc iPad from Harrods) but a certain shortage of their cases.
The Dolce & Gabbana case is made in Italy (obviously) and is a fashionable black leather product. Its got some gold bling on it (not sure if it is real – but highly doubtful) and an expected four figure price of $1,175. Its more expensive then a generic iPad by itself , but then having the D&G cover may save you the trouble of buying an exclusive iPad itself (which as seen above can definitely go in the crazy money range).
Pre-orders are now being accepted from Neiman Marcus who promise that shipping begins from October 21st onwards.
